The Ballarat Swimming Club is excited to announce the appointment of Jan Victor as Head Coach from February 2021. Jan will lead our amazing club through the next exciting phase of development. Jan comes to us from the Albany Swimming Club in WA where he was Head Coach. Prior to this position, Jan was Head Development Coach at Henley and Grange Swimming Club in South Australia for more than 10 years.
Jan is a Swimming Australia Advanced (silver) accredited coach, holds full ASCTA bronze accreditation , and holds a Diploma in Sports Management.
Regarding his appointment Jan said “I am extremely excited about the move to Ballarat and to be a part of swimming in Victoria. I look forward to meeting all the club’s swimmers and coaches and to guide and support them to develop to their best potential.”

Jan cannot wait to meet all swimmers and families and get going on supporting and enabling all club swimmer to meet their goals and dreams in swimming.
